MILK Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated graduates to work in schools across Salford as Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, particularly if you’re considering a future in teaching, psychology, or SEMH work.
The Role:
- Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Helping students with additional needs (SEN/SEMH) to reach their full potential
- Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields are advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
- A genuine passion for working with young people
