Job description
SEMH Teacher Opportunity in a New Specialist Provision
I'm currently supporting a newer specialist SEMH provisions in Hampshire, who are seeking a SEN Class Teacher to join their team at this exciting time of growth!
One of the biggest selling points for me with this opportunity is the chance to join a provision that is still developing and evolving. Rather than walking into an already established environment with fixed ways of working, this role offers the chance to genuinely have an impact, build strong and lasting relationships whilst being part of shaping the culture and journey of the school
The Role involves:
- Smaller class sizes, teaching pupils aged 5-18
- Stronger staff support within the classroom
- Child-centred and relationship-led approach
- Opportunity to progress with the provision
- Supportive leadership team and ongoing CPD
- A role where personality and approach matter just as much as teaching ability
£28,000 - £39,520 (DOE)
Full-time/ Term-time only
Start date- September/ Earlier for the right professional
I'd especially like to speak with:
✔SEN/ SEMH Teachers
✔Strong behaviour management professionals
✔Mainstream teachers with experience working with SEND learners
✔Individuals passionate about making a long term difference
If this sounds exciting to you, or you simply want to hear a bit more, feel free to drop me an email at f.murray@linqrecruitment.co.uk
