About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Team Lead to join a growing digital agency, leading strategy and delivery across PPC and Paid Social campaigns for D2C and eCommerce clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive performance, manage client relationships, and support the development of a high-performing media team.
Responsibilities
- Lead PPC and Paid Social strategy across multiple D2C/eCommerce accounts
- Manage and mentor performance executives and managers
- Oversee campaign planning, optimisation and reporting across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms
- Drive client growth through performance-focused media strategies
- Monitor budgets, forecasting and overall account performance
- Work closely with creative, strategy and client services teams
- Present insights, results and recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Strong experience across PPC and Paid Social
- Agency background preferred
- Experience working with D2C and eCommerce brands
- Previous team management or mentoring experience
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
