We're looking for full-time Children's Senior Support Worker to join our EPIC team in Stevenage.

You'll play a vital role in helping children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and loving home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and daily support to young people

Act as a mentor to support staff and lead by example

Promote a positive, nurturing environment for recovery and growth

Build strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential

Level 3 in Children and Young People

Full UK Driving Licence
