Residential Senior Support WorkerLocation: Newark, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £27,785 – £30,275 per annum + £46.01 per sleep-in and up to £1,400 attendance allowance

Shift Pattern: Earlies, lates, long days, and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule

What You'll Do

Supervise and mentor Support Workers and Waking Night staff.

Lead shifts, ensuring smooth operations and effective task completion.

Build strong, trusting relationships with children to foster resilience and growth.

Support team development, embedding best practice in care.

Organise activities that inspire joy, learning, and personal development.

Record and reflect on children's progress in meaningful ways.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications: QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential).
