Senior Support Worker Application Deadline: 31 May 2026Department: Healthcare Assistants and Support WorkersEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: Weir End HouseCompensation: £14.25 / hourDescription Weir End House is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team on a full time basisWeir End House is located close to the market town of Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire. The service offers residential support for 11 males and females who are on the autism spectrum or have a learning disability.We want the people we support to live a healthy, happy and enjoyable life. Our team support them to be independent, both in the home and when they are out in the community. The home is located just off a dual carriageway, and is approximately four miles from the town centre.What you'll be doing You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn't involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
