We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Senior Support Worker.

Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

£14.00 per hour.

35 hours per week – shifts will include 7 am-2 pm, 2 pm-9 pm and waking nights 9 pm-7 am. Weekend working is required on a rota basis.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and supporting the staff team.

Delivering high-quality person-centred care.

Support people to live their lives to the full and as independently as possible.

Ensure individuals are fully involved in all aspects of their care – supporting their choices.

Support people to make choices in their daily living activities.

Manage care plans, risk assessments & medication (MAR).

Ensure CQC compliance and completion of audits.

Who you are:

An existing Senior Support Worker or an experienced Support Worker looking to progress.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to complete).

Compassionate, organised, and thrives in a busy environment.

Driver preferred but not essential.
