Care Support Worker – You're Not Just AnyoneWe are looking for caring and compassionate Support Workers to help individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs live independently and enjoy life. Whether you have experience in care or are just starting out, we provide training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Assist with everyday tasks such as cooking, budgeting, and medication management.

Support clients with group activities and outings (cinema, bowling, shopping).

Provide a friendly, steady presence during emergencies or daily needs.

Encourage confidence, independence, and positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Full UK driving licence (company vehicle usage).

Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.

Experience in care is preferred but not essential – training will be provided.

Shifts & Hours

14‐hour shifts, including weekends and overnight periods.

Flexibility required; we aim to maintain fair working conditions.

Compensation£13.10 per hour plus annual perks and benefits totaling over £2,000.
