Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!We're offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside a client with complex needs in Attleborough, near Norwich.

PayDays – £14.50 per hour weekdays, £15.50 per hour weekends.Nights – £14.90 per hour weekdays, £15.90 per hour weekends.Hours: 12 per week (Saturday 08:00-20:00) plus bank.

About The RoleYou will support a lady in her 20s who has Lennox‐Gestaut syndrome and requires assistance with complex needs such as epilepsy/seizure management, autism, learning disabilities, PEG feeding and oral suctioning. The role involves supporting her physically and emotionally, helping her to live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring condition

Support with daily/nightly routines

Assist with personal hygiene and mobility

Administer medication and monitor health

Provide emotional support and companionship

Maintain accurate care records

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
