About The RoleWe're looking for Support Workers to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea. This is a part-time role with a unique shift pattern:

9am–10pm, followed by a sleep-in shift (10pm–7am), then 7am–9am the next morning

You'll need a full UK driving licence to drive our company cars.

You'll Be Supporting One Individual With

Autism

Communication difficulties

Epilepsy

Learning disabilities

The individual is independent in many ways—dressing, personal care, eating— but needs support to stay safe, engaged, and happy. You'll be their everyday hero, helping them enjoy life their way.

Activities Include

Walks and café visits

Music-filled car journeys

Updating their activity board

Relaxing at home with a calm, consistent presence

Support is provided 1:1 at all times, with 2:1 in the community.

A Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
