This role involves supporting high-quality care delivery to adults in their homes, ensuring patient safety and advocacy in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Band 6 Senior Nurse, assist with clinical tasks, and engage compassionately with service users and their families. Flexibility in hours is essential as the position will involve a rotating shift pattern.
