Diistil is London's on-demand distillery, creating bespoke spirits for the hospitality sector.

THE ROLEThis is a field-based sales role at the heart of London's hospitality scene. You'll engage with bar managers, F&B directors, and buyers, building relationships and converting them into new accounts.

Additionally, you'll represent Diistil as a Brand Ambassador at tastings, product launches and hospitality events, including evenings and weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Prospecting and building relationships with London and the UK's leading hospitality venues

Presenting Diistil's Bespoke and Flavour Library offering in a way that fits each venue's brief

Creating new leads and working warm leads from the broader team

Managing your pipeline and keeping it moving

Representing the Diistil brand at tastings and events

Feeding market intelligence back to the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A proven track record in sales in hospitality or drinks

Comfortable in venues, with the confidence to speak to decision-makers

A clear understanding of how bars and hotels buy

The discipline to manage your own pipeline without being chased

Ideally, existing knowledge of London's on‐trade

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in day‐to‐day work

Experience in the spirits industry is a plus, but not essential

Job title: Sales & Brand Ambassador

Salary: £30-32,000 base + 5% commission on new business

Contract: Permanent

Location: London — primarily field-based

Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility required for evening and weekend events

Holiday: 33 days (including bank holidays)
