Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf, caring for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

£14.00 per hour.
35 hours per week – shifts will include 7 am‐2 pm, 2 pm‐9 pm and waking nights 9 pm‐7 am. Weekend working is required on a rota basis.

What you'll be doing
Leading and supporting the staff team.
Delivering high‐quality person‐centred care.
Supporting people to live their lives fully and as independently as possible.
Ensuring individuals are fully involved in all aspects of their care – supporting their choices.
Supporting people to make choices in their daily living activities.
Managing care plans, risk assessments & medication (MAR).
Ensuring CQC compliance and completion of audits.
Who you are
An existing Senior Support Worker or an experienced Support Worker looking to progress.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to complete).
Compassionate, organised, and thrives in a busy environment.
Driver preferred but not essential.
