Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference! Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We're offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Devizes, Wiltshire.Pay Days – £15.14 per hour weekdays, £16.22 per hour Saturdays & £17.30 per hour Sundays.Nights – £16.22 per hour Tuesday‐Sunday & £17.30 per hour Mondays.Hours Bank, days or waking nights (days – 08:00‐20:00, nights – 20:00‐08:00).About the Role You'll be supporting a gentleman in his 40s who, due to an acquired spinal injury, requires support with complex needs such as tetraplegia, epilepsy, autonomic dysreflexia and tracheostomy care. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. He lives in his own property with his dog and a team of support workers 24/7, enjoys practical subjects like mechanics (motorbikes especially) and carpentry alongside chess and watching TV.
