Job OverviewWe are looking for a compassionate and motivated Health care support worker (Band 3) to join our dedicated stroke/neuro team.

You will play a vital role in supporting patients through their recovery, assisting with personal care, goal planning and clinical observations. Working closely with nurses and therapists you will help deliver high quality patient‐centred care and promote independence following stroke.

The ideal candidate will have previous care experience, strong communication and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Previous care experience.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme prior to appointment.

Right to work in the United Kingdom.
