Care and Support Worker Level 2 – Children's Safe Accommodation TeamPlease note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 2 – Care and Support within our Children's Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion. These roles will work on a rota covering day and night shifts supporting the needs of the service. These roles will be a fundamental part of a wider team including a Registered Manager, Assistant Manager and Level 3 – Care and Support.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a child centred approach to practice, have a solid career history in children's residential care or similar care and support provision.

Whilst we are seeking individuals with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language. We welcome applications from non-Welsh speakers. All successful applicants requiring support to learn/improve their Welsh language skills will be offered funded lessons, during work time, to help reach the desired standard following appointment.
