Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Meaningful Impact Every DayAre you looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely change someone's life for the better? We're looking for a compassionate and confident Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide dedicated 2:1 support to a young lady living in her own home in Chippenham.

About the RoleYou'll be supporting a woman in her 20s who, due to a brain injury, lives with complex needs including cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. She is fun, active, sociable and loves: cycling, swimming, badminton, walking and exploring, trying new activities and experiences.

She lives in a beautiful, purpose‐built home that she's very proud of. Your role will be to support her emotionally, physically, and socially - helping her live her life to the fullest.

Pay Rates

Saturdays: £16.19 per hour

Sundays: £16.85 per hour

We're Looking For Someone Who Is...

Caring, patient and genuinely passionate about helping others

A strong communicator who can build trust and positive relationships

Reliable, committed and flexible

Calm, confident and able to manage challenging behaviours

Experienced in complex care (desired but not essential)

Happy working independently and as part of a wider support network

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring health and wellbeing

Supporting daily and nightly routines

Assisting with mobility and personal care

Administering medication

Providing companionship and emotional support

Keeping clear and accurate care records

Working collaboratively with family and healthcare professionals
