Senior Support Worker

Job description

As a Senior Support Worker at Community Houses, you will support adults with complex mental health needs across four residential sites in Keighley.

Responsibilities

Help Service Users carry out routine daily tasks (e.g., cooking, cleaning, community activities)

Encourage independent living and support the rehabilitation journey

Assist with physical health monitoring in collaboration with local medical services

Participate in day‐trip visits to the seaside and other community outings

Shift work covering days, nights and weekends. You will report to a Team Leader and work across all four houses.
