Care and Support Worker – Block Hours & Community CareLocation: Ryde, Isle of Wight

Hours: Block Hours with One Main Client + Community-Based Shifts

Pay: Competitive rates

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and committed Care and Support Worker to join our domiciliary care team in Ryde.

About the RoleThe majority of this role will involve working block hours with one main client, allowing you to provide consistent, person-centred care and build a strong, trusting relationship.

Various shifts available to include weekend working.

In addition, the role will also include at least one community-based shift, supporting other clients in their own homes.

This role would suit someone who values continuity of care but is also happy to support a wider range of clients when required.

Key Responsibilities

Personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting

Medication support

Meal preparation

Companionship and emotional support

Light household tasks

What We're Looking For

A kind, respectful, and compassionate approach to care

Reliability and a flexible attitude

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — full training provided

Right to work in the UK
