Children's Residential Support Worker£28,392 - £33,025 per annum
3 x 14‐hour shifts per week (7:45 am – 10:00 pm)
Are you passionate about making a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for a dedicated and resilient Children's Residential Support Worker to join our caring and committed team at a children's residential home in Tiptree, Essex.

About the RoleAs a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of a supportive and structured environment, helping young people feel safe, valued, and empowered. You'll be there through daily routines, challenging moments, and everything in between — always leading with care, consistency, and compassion.
Rota
3 x 14‐hour shifts per week
Shift time: 7:45 am – 10:00 pm

Key Responsibilities
Build positive relationships and act as a trusted adult for young people
Support children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing
Promote independence, life skills, and positive behaviour
Record accurate logs, reports, and contribute to care planning
Collaborate with your team and professionals to ensure high‐quality care
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)
Compassionate, reliable, and confident in challenging situations
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
