Support Worker£13.00-£18.00 per hour | Norwich & Surrounding Areas

Encourage independence and self‐confidence.

Build strong, supportive relationships.

Create a safe, empowering environment for those you support.

Be flexible to travel and work across different locations as needed.

Good listening skills with excellent communication.

Calm, resilient and positive, even when challenges arise.

Willing and able to work flexible shifts reliably.

Access to a vehicle is preferred but public transport is acceptable.

Happy to cover different shift patterns across locations.

Full training will be provided for new entrants to care.
