Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We're offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Anglesey, Wales.

Pay: £15.40 per hour weekdays, £17.40 Sundays

Hours: 28 per week (Mon‐Fri 15:00‐19:00, Sun 09:00‐17:00)

About The RoleYou'll be supporting a young man who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including learning difficulties, epilepsy, PEG feeding and challenging behaviour. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. He lives at home with his family, enjoys visiting the beach, going out for meals, the theatre, train/bus rides, outdoor activities and watching TV. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.

Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You'll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and their family.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring condition

Support with daily/nightly routines

Assist with personal hygiene and mobility

Administer medication and monitor health

Provide emotional support and companionship

Maintain accurate care records

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
