Bank Health Care Support Worker

Job description

We are looking for a Bank Support Worker to provide excellent care during bank shifts at Cygnet Appletree – a mental health hospital for women with specialised services such as Pippin Ward (PICU) and Bramley Ward (intensive support for personality disorder and complex mental health needs).

Job responsibilities

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach

Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support

Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way

Assist with medical and welfare needs

Report on medical and welfare needs as required

Safeguard service users

Maintain a safe, clean environment

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
