Do you value routine, structure and helping others feel safe and confident?This is a physical, hands‐on role , and to succeed you'll have:Good spoken and written EnglishPrevious experience in a similar role, idealA practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the dayA full UK manual driving licenceExperience with administering of medicationsPrevious experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilitiesQCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential livingIf you genuinely care about people, we can teach you the rest.How Will You Make a Difference?
