What you'll be doingYou will support the Lead Occupational Therapist in delivering high-quality patient care and treatment plans. Assess patient needs, provide appropriate therapy interventions, and maintain accurate patient records. Supervise and support junior staff and students while working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and health and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and colleagues, provide occupational therapy guidance and support, and assist with workload management and service development.

What you'll bring to the roleEssential
Diploma in Occupational Therapy. Degree, Honours Degree or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and accreditation by the HCPC
Be a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT)
Desirable
Prior experience working within an Occupational Therapy setting as a qualified member of staff.
