Care Support Workers - Female OnlyLocation: Monkton Road, Prestwick, KA9 1AR
Salary: £13.45 per hour + Benefits
Contract: Includes 12-hour shifts, evenings, nights, sleepovers & weekends (full time and part time contracts available)
Service: Shawburn (Residential Small Group Living)
In this role, you will support up to nine residents, helping them live independently and pursue their goals such as attending community events, going to college, volunteering, or simply meeting friends, while providing person-centred care and empowerment.
Requirements: Driving Licence essential, Female only.

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a similar social care / health care support work position
A full UK driving licence
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A team-focused, problem-solving mindset
A passion for person-centred care and promoting inclusion
Respect for diversity and a commitment to equality
Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience supporting people with additional needs
Understanding of social care legislation and best practices
Experience with support plans, risk assessments, or managing behaviours
A relevant qualification in Social Care (or willingness to work toward one)
