Senior Support Worker – Voyage Care LtdLocation: Hindhead, Surrey

Shift: 7am–7pm, including weekend rotas

Base pay range: Provided by Voyage Care Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

We are recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join a welcoming residential service supporting a fantastic group of people to live more independent and fulfilling lives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‐on while also supporting day‐to‐day running of a service and developing others within the team.

What you will be doing

Providing high‐quality, person‐centred support that promotes independence and choice

Supporting the Service Manager with daily operations, including shift allocation and rotas

Inducting new colleagues and supporting training and supervision

Ordering and overseeing medication and supporting financial management

Acting as a role model, supporting colleagues to grow in confidence and capability

About you

Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker

Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, acquired brain injury, forensic histories or trauma

A calm, compassionate and confident approach

The ability to lead by example and support others to excel
