Studley Infants' School, Role: Part‐time Teacher – Maternity cover, Location: Studley Infants' School, Salary: Main Scale M1‐6, Days a week: 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), Closing date: 4th June 2026, Anticipated start date: 1st September 2026, Contract Type: Fixed term until 21st May 2027.

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Key Stage 1 teacher to join our small, friendly, and nurturing school on a maternity cover basis. This part‐time role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, close‐knit team that places children's wellbeing, relationships and learning at the heart of everything we do. We strongly believe that children should be active participants in their own learning journey and recognise that young children thrive through a creative, playful approach. Teachers with an Early Years background are very welcome to apply. An understanding of continuous provision would be particularly valued as we are on a whole‐school journey to embedding continuous provision across Key Stage 1.

The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Key Stage 1 class, delivering creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support both academic progress and personal development. The role includes working closely with colleagues to ensure consistency, high quality provision and a positive experience for all pupils.

Is a qualified teacher with experience or a strong interest in Key Stage One.
