Overview Complex Behavioural Support Worker role at Alcedo Care. Location: St Helens area, supporting an individual in their own home with learning needs. Full training provided by our in-house Complex Care Team.Responsibilities Accessing the communitySupporting with social outingsEncourage healthy relationshipsMaintaining hobbiesRequirements At least 6 months experience within a UK care settingIdeally experience working in Complex Care, but this is not essential as we will provide you with full training by our Complex Nurse Team.Highly empathetic with excellent motivational and nurturing skills.Pay and Benefits Excellent rates of pay with £14.00 to £14.50 per hour, with weekly pay days, holidays and pension.
