The Company will be providing care and support to individuals, from daily hourly visits up to full 24-hour care. Therefore, we have a combination of work patterns available which could easily help you achieve the perfect home/work life balance.

Duties:

Providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in care facilities

Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals

Assisting with meal preparation and feeding

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients

Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up

Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Following care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Ability to work well in a team as well as independently

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing circumstances

Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and procedures

Understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations

Have a natural and caring attitude

Have the ability to organise and plan

Reliability and Attentiveness

A willingness to listen

Good team player with great communication skills

Additional Requirements:

Care experience – at least 6 months of experience working in the UK as a Care Assistant in a domiciliary care setting

Full UK valid Driving License & access to your own vehicle is essential
