Role OverviewAs a Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of the care team, promoting well‐being and delivering the highest quality of care to residents. You'll assist with daily tasks, personal care, companionship, and activities that encourage independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Promote well‐being and deliver high‐quality care to residents

Assist with personal care (hygiene, mobility, companionship, outings)

Support residents with daily routines and activities

Encourage independence and dignity in care

Maintain accurate record‐keeping at all times

Eligibility Requirements

Essential : NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Genuine desire to care for others

Strong teamwork skills

Driving licence desirable (due to remote location; transport can be provided)
