For this role, we require at least 2 years' experience in complex/mental health/acute environments.Main Duties and Responsibilities: To support and empower vulnerable people to live the life they have chosen for themselves.To provide age appropriate & dignified support consistent with individual choices and aspirations.To provide personal care in accordance with current best practices.To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake training.Job Requirements: 2 years' experience in complex/mental health/acute environments (essential)Highly motivated and drivenCommitted to positively impacting the lives of the vulnerable people we supportGood interpersonal skillsA flexible approach to work and a good team workerWillingness to provide personal care when required
