Job Overview Senior Support Worker supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across supported living services in Colsterworth.Key Responsibilities Provide high‐quality, person‐centred support to enable individuals to live independently.Offer daily living skills support, including activities of daily living, personal care, routine planning, meal preparation and budgeting.Encourage active participation in community and promote independence.Communicate effectively using chosen communication methods.Engage and motivate supported individuals to enhance quality of life.Specialise in positive behaviour support where appropriate.Record and report accurate records of health and circumstances to management.Act as a team player and provide day‐to‐day guidance and leadership to staff.Qualifications Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.Full UK driver's licence.Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willingness to progress to Level 3.Benefits £13.75 per hour.Refer‐a‐friend scheme – earn up to £500.Outstanding career development and fully funded training.Blue Light card discount package.Company pension scheme.Equal Opportunities Agincare is an equal opportunities employer.
