Senior Support Worker – Creative Support LtdUp to £13.45 per hour – Location: Blackpool, Lancashire – Full‐Time/Part‐Time.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced support worker to take on the role of Senior Support Worker in our busy complex supported services. The successful applicant will support senior managers to provide high‐quality services across some of our welcoming supported living and services.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting senior managers in the delivery of high‐quality services.

Working with people with complex needs, including learning disabilities, mental health and autism.

Leading and managing teams to promote independent living skills and emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications and experience:

Experience working with people with complex needs.

Experience in learning disabilities, mental health, or autism.

Experience of leading and managing teams.
