Homecare Support Worker | £15 per hour | 5–15 hours per week | potential for overseas travel

NursLink Homecare is recruiting a Community Support Worker in Bridgwater to provide 1:1 support to a gentleman who requires support accessing the local community. This role is perfect for someone interested in providing support and promoting independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion for our client.

Key Responsibilities

Support a gentleman to access the community and activities

Encourage independence and confidence

Provide safe, person-centred care and companionship

Requirements

Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle

Must hold a British or European passport (due to potential overseas travel)

Reliable, professional, and compassionate

Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential (training provided)
