Learning Support AssistantLocation: Leighton Buzzard
Work type: Full‐Time Temp‐Perm
Salary: £100–£120 per day
Start date: September 2026
The Role
Work both 1:1 and small groups.
Support children with Learning & Behaviour Difficulties and Autism.
Deliver a variety of activities and lessons alongside the class teacher.
Report back to class teacher on students' progress.
Temp‐Perm role.
The Person
Experience working with Special Education Needs.
A transferable background such as care, social work, psychology graduate.
Keen to learn and passionate about working with children with learning difficulties.
Caring and supportive by nature.
Able to build rapport with pupils and staff.
A child & adult DBS currently on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
