What's the Role All About?You'll be supporting amazing individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs to live independently and enjoy life.

What You'll Need

A full UK Driving Licence (you'll be driving our company cars)

Experience in care is great—but not essential. We'll train you up!

Shifts & Hours

14-hour shifts including weekends and sleep‐ins

Flexibility is key—but we'll always try to keep things fair
