Healthcare Support Workers (Part Time) – Kent (Tunbridge Wells)SR Careers is hiring more than forty healthcare support workers across Kent, covering Tunbridge Wells and surrounding districts (TN23, TN12, TN16, and CT14). Flexible shift options are available for full‐time or part‐time schedules.

Applicants should have a dependable, caring approach to high‐quality care, strong communication skills, flexibility, and a dedication to person‐centred care. Experience of at least six months as a healthcare assistant or support worker in the UK is required.

Type of work: Full‐time, Part‐time

Pay: £12.80 per hour (Day) £13.50 per hour (Night)

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent (must be able to travel within TN23, TN12, TN16, and CT14)

Proof of right to work (passport, visa code, etc.)

Proof of NI number (P45/P60/NI card)

Two proof of address documents, no older than two months (e.g., utility bills, bank statements)

DBS Certificate (Adult and Child Workforce) – current

Minimum six months of UK experience as an HCA or support worker

Certificate of Practical Face‐to‐Face Moving and Handling Training

Completion of online training in Equality and Diversity, Dementia Care, Fire and Safety, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Medication Knowledge, Mental Capacity, DoLS, and Safeguarding of Adults and Children

At least two references covering the past five years of employment

Student visa eligible for 20 hours a week
