Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.81 and increasing to £14.11 after passing probation and obtaining a care certificate.

Key Responsibilities
Provide service cover and support in all areas as required by the Service Manager, Area Team Leader and Team Leader
To manage a team that has required competencies and capabilities to meet the needs and expectations of the people we support.
Be aware of the standards for delivering high quality services to the people we support.
To ensure confidentiality and effective governance including safeguarding protocols are followed in the services.
Provide high-quality care and support to people in the setting. This may include but is not limited to personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, support out in the community and housekeeping.
Build strong, positive relationships with people, promoting their independence and well-being.
Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.
Effective communication both verbally and written.
Record and report any changes in the people we support's needs or conditions.
To treat all colleagues with equal respect regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
To be aware of and to comply with all Encompass policies and procedures.

Flexible to work a rotation of day shifts, depending on the needs of the service including alternate weekends.
