Job DetailsFemale Night Support Worker – Bulls Cross, Near Stroud, GL6 7HU

Pay rate: £14.27 per hour (includes night and weekend enhancements)

Hours: 11.5 per week; Shifts: 20:30 – 8:00 am every Sunday

Teach life‐skills and support independence in daily living

Assist with personal care and promote personal dignity

Encourage participation in local community activities and social interactions

Organise and facilitate a range of activities (e.g., outings, games, movies)

Apply Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice in caring practices

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence

Resilient, flexible and composed approach to care

Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice

Experience caring for individuals requiring enhanced support, including distress behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma
