Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Meaningful Impact Every DayLocation: Chippenham, Wiltshire.

Pay: £15.54 per hour (Weekdays), £16.19 per hour on Saturdays, £16.85 per hour on Sundays.

Hours: Part‐time (2 shifts per week) 10:00-22:00 with sleep‐in.

About the RoleYou will provide dedicated 2:1 support to a young woman in her 20s with complex needs arising from brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. She lives in a purpose‐built home and enjoys cycling, swimming, badminton, walking/exploring, and trying new activities. Your role will support her emotionally, physically, and socially, enabling her to live her life fully.

Requirements

Calm, confident and able to manage challenging behaviours.

Experience in complex care (desired but not essential).

Can work independently and as part of a wider support network.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring health and wellbeing.

Supporting daily and nightly routines.

Assisting with mobility and personal care.

Administering medication.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Keeping clear and accurate care records.

Working collaboratively with family and healthcare professionals.
