NHS Grampian is seeking a motivated, compassionate and skilled Band 4 Healthcare Support Worker to join our Community Learning Disability Nursing Team in Moray. This is an exciting opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities to achieve better health outcomes and improved quality of life within their own communities.

Role

Work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team under the supervision of registered Learning Disability Nurses.

Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of person‐centred care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and associated health needs.

Deliver community‐based support, including home visits, clinics and liaison with families, carers and partner agencies.

Maintain a current full driving licence and have reliable access to a car for work purposes.

Qualifications

Educated to SVQ3 level or equivalent, or have relevant experience gained through short courses or equivalent experience.

Experience working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.

Valid full driving licence and reliable vehicle access.

Interviews will take place on 16 and 18 June 2026.
