Support Worker - Dementia & Elderly Care

About the RoleWe are recruiting compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality care to older adults living with dementia and frailty across services in Kent. You will support independence, dignity, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and emotional support

Promote independence through care plans set by OTs and physiotherapists

Encourage participation in activities (group & 1:1)

Maintain clear and accurate care records

Report safeguarding concerns in line with policy

Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and healthcare teams

Ensure compliance with CQC standards

Requirements

Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to complete)

Care Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Experience supporting vulnerable or elderly individuals preferred

Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
