Location: Wellington, Telford (TF1)

Salary: £13.45 - £14.05 per hour + up to £6000 sleep-in allowance.

Hours: 39 per week, completed as shifts, including long days & sleep-ins.

Requirements: Full UK Driving License - essential.

Responsibilities

Supporting children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs

Accompanying them to appointments, school, and fun activities

Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines

Supporting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment

Completing accurate, clear documentation and reports

Always promoting their wellbeing and safeguarding them

Requirements

Full UK Driving License (essential)

Age over 21 (required due to the vulnerable nature of the people we support)

Experience working with children aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties

Motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations
