Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced Band 3 Health Care Support Workers to join our established ward team at Portree Hospital, a community hospital in the North of Skye. The ward is mixed, providing rehabilitation, end‐of‐life/palliative care, dementia care and is led on weekdays by GP's from Portree Medical Practice and supported out of hours by Broadford Hospital. A busy Urgent Care Centre operates from the hospital and nursing staff assist the Advanced Practitioners as required. The ward is closely linked with the sister hospital in Broadford, offering opportunity to work across both sites.

Position Details

Full‐time and part‐time posts available with internal rotation of day and night duties.

Bank scheme available for those not seeking a permanent contract.

Driving licence an advantage.

Qualifications

Experience as a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker.

Demonstrated clinical skills required for the role.
