Senior Residential Support Worker

OverviewOur Children's Home in Kilbirnie is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team. You will be an integral part of the service, assisting with the management of day‐to‐day operations and playing a key role in each child's plan to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the management of day‐to‐day operations within our services and engage in, and manage, each child's plan with professionalism and care.

Requirements

Hold an SVQ3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and be prepared to work towards SVQ4 within the timeframe set out by SSSC.

Must have a full UK driving licence, as you will be required to transport young people to external locations.

Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening, including checks with Disclosure Scotland, and provide at least two references covering the last three years.
