Senior Support Worker – Marsden Green £13.72 per hour We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to lead our supported living service in Marsden Green. This role involves helping people gain independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day‐to‐day supervision and management of the service, including shift allocation, training bookings, induction of new colleagues, supervision support, medication ordering and financial management assistance.Responsibilities Assist people to gain independence in daily life activities.Support the Manager with day‐to‐day supervision and management of the service.Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, provide supervision support.Order medication and ensure people manage finances.Ensure continuity of care and identify opportunities for improvement.Qualifications Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism and trauma survivors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Benefits Enhanced evening and weekend pay +£0.50 per hour (T&C apply).Premium overtime rates +£1 per hour (T&C apply).Wagestream – draw up to 40% of your pay as earned.Funded Blue Light Card for discounts at high street retailers.24/7/365 doctor line for our colleagues and families.Access to cash plans for colleagues and families.Enhanced retirement leave.Long service awards.Other Information All applicants and subsequent job offers will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.
