We work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to provide personalised care across supported living, mental health, and complex care services.This role has a strong focus on supporting individuals with both mental health needs and complex care requirements. You may be supporting individuals with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, alongside other complex needs.
