We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B10 area of Birmingham, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their learning and development.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small group support in class
Delivering literacy and numeracy interventions
Supporting pupils with mild SEN and additional learning needs
Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour management
Encouraging pupil engagement and progress
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, coaching, etc.)
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in education
Graduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
