The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils both in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis.

Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with their learning and development

Assisting with classroom activities and lessons

Working with pupils on a 1 to 1 and small group basis

Helping to maintain a positive learning environment

Supporting behaviour management strategies
